Listed in some video catalogues as a feature film, Corridor 400 is an hour-long drama first telecast December 27, 1963, on NBC's Bob Hope Chrysler Theatre. Suzanne Pleshette stars as Anita King, an undercover FBI agent. Posing as a nightclub singer, Anita gets a job in a nightclub owned by Theodore Bikel. He takes quite a fancy to her; she wants to prove that he's a kingpin in a narcotics ring. Corridor 400 was the pilot for an unsold Suzanne Pleshette weekly series; twelve years later, Pleshette would do better for herself by trading Bob Hope for Bob Newhart. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
