  is there anything lower than zero hats?

  this movie is just a waste of time. i heard jan wahl's (a movie reviewer in the san francisco area) review of this movie and i have to say she was spot on. she (and i )gave it zero out of 4 hats (stars). it was unintelligent and just plain stupid. don't waste the time. if you want to see it, don't rent it at blockbuster; rent it through netflix. this way, you won't spend a lot of money on a really bad movie. better yet, borrow it from someone who buys it...

  Confessions of a Shopaholic

  Cute date movie-- silly, but touching ending. Great cast. Was a cumulation of several of the "Shopaholic" books. Worth a view!!

  Fun from the beginning

  This movie was good fun the whole way through. The story was great, never got bored and glad it was our Sunday night movie! It was a great, happy way to bring the weekend to a close! I think anyone who wants a movie to enjoy should give it a chance.

  Refreshing

  This movie was a very entertaining. The acting was effortless and hillarious. The story line was fun and comedic...and i made you laugh the whole way through. Had the same type of feelings as watching the devil wears prada...except this was better!

  This is such a fun movie for girls of all ages. It has everything we love: shopping, a prince charming and a happy ending. How could you go wrong?? Grab all your BFFs and go see this movie. You won't regret it :)

  Cute Chick Flick

  I saw this movie with a couple of friends and I have to say that we enjoyed it. Although it's a complete departure from the book, it was entertaining. No Oscar winner (or nominee, for that matter)but great for a night out with the gals.

  even though shopaholic wasn't the best movie ever, it was better than i thought it was going to be...it was funny throughtout and isla fisher was great as becky bloomwood. i read the book and it's really similar so that was nice. the movie was longer than it should have been, but it's entertaining.

  Great movie

  Very good movie! My husband even enjoyed it and thought it was funny! A definite family movie, but I don't think really young children would understand it... Lots of laughs and funny scenes and a really good moral to the story! If your thinking about going, you really should!

  Amazing!

  This is probably one of the best movies I've seen. It's funny, and they picked a great actress to play the part! I have a shopping problem, but I don't have to worry about paying all the crdit cards and bills YET. So this really gave me a heads up for the future. Because I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SAVE MONEY! Like I said, this is movies is hilarious! I saw it with three of my best friends, and we all loved it! So if I were you and you havn't seen this movie I would deffanitly see this!

  Good but not great

  I enjoyed this movie, and I thought it had a decent number of good messages, but there were some non-sequiturs, some cheesy stuff, as well as some over-the-top moments.
  
  All-in-all good movie, but I don't know it was worth the 9 bucks + 1 dollar Fandango service fee.

  And you thought Nights in Rodanthe was awful, wait til you see this!

  I went to see Shopaholic hoping to enjoy a romantic comedy similar to The Devil Wears Prada. I was so wrong. This movie was AWFUL. It was so boring and completely unbelievable. I kept waiting for the plot to improve, but with each passing moment something more rediculous would happen. The pace of this movie was so slow. There was nothing in it to keep the audience's attention. There was no chemistry between the two main characters, nothing that made you want them to fall in love. And after this movie dragged on for nearly two hours it ended so abruptly. It gave no explanation as to how all the problems were solved so quickly. Not only was the script really terrible in this movie, but the acting was also terrible. Isla Fisher was the only talented actor in this movie. All the supporting actors were trying too hard. They were completely unbelievable. I couldn't identify or connect with any of the characters. Whoever cast the parts in this movie did an awful job. Don't waste your time.

  This was A great Film

  Oh My Gosh!!! is all I have to say fpr this hillarious yet cute film starring Isla Fisherman. And YES EVEN FOR YOU GUYS.... This is not a chick flick, it is a lesson to be learned in life about saving & spending money wisely. Even the consession stand man was like this is SO not a chicky flick I loved were his exact words used. But, as for me I absolutley adored it. It was soo FUNNY and CHARMING. A must BUY not rent BUY!!!!! Love, Ya gurl da crank qu33n
