  Great Start, Odd Ending

  Both Coco and Igor were so creatively modern for their time...presented here in high style. Minimal dialogue struck me as more realistic, not a problem. BUT, the last 15 minutes are incomprehensible...Are we to assume the whole film is a flashback? Feels like the bottom dropped out of the production?! Why see them in old age?

  Chilly Romance

  With two such towering egos it's easy to understand why the romance is so distant and cold which translates into lack of character development. The sets, photography, painterly shadows, costumes and music are what makes the movie. The wife is the deepest character in a world of self centered artists. The end leaves you hanging, just trailing off.
