It was alright and both my kids liked the first one but they both said is it over yet, individually . Flick was almost inspiring in the first one, a real underdog but in this one he's not only dumb he's mean. The "Steve jobs" character is odd. What he plans on doing to the food at the end is kinda sick. My little one started crying. She's 4 and she watches some scary stuff with her older sister all the time. She understands older shows and realizes its acting or a cartoon but she was not prepared for the end scene. So be careful. Maybe mine is sensitive but my kid watches "face off " on scifi with no issues.
2.5 stars out of 5.
They killed the franchise.

Not quite as good as the first but fun nonetheless. The first was a creation from the book which had a very neat storyline. This one wasn't quite there but still humorous.

I took my eleven and sixteen year old sons to see this movie. It was no surprise to see my eleven year old laughing but my oldest got a kick out of the mild semi-adult humor. This was a cute, hugely creative sequel to the first "Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs". I was a bit surprised that nearly every showing over the weekend was sold out in three different local theaters.

My family and I loved the movie. I liked how the characters worked together as a team and brought in some new friends. It also taught a couple of life lessons about true friendship. It is a great family movie to take the kids to see.
