For a sequel, this was a very good movie. The plot and storyline kept true to what the original movie had created. We loved how creative the "food-imals" were and it was fun looking at others in the scenes that might not be as noticed, but still very detailed. Fun times and great laughs. A great lesson is learned as well.

I loved it, my kids loved it and their friends loved it. We all talked about it for a while after the movie was over. I'll probably buy it when it comes out on DVD.

My 6yr old daughter and her friends all went to see it this weekend. So adorable. There are lots of jokes for the young and old. The food characters are great. The creativity in naming them and coming up with food that look like animals was fabulous. The 3D was amazing! One of the best 3D movies in a while.

“Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 2” is a heartening and animated movie about an inventor who must figure out a way to deal with food creations that somehow morphed into “foodanimals.” This inventor is accompanied by his friends and must carefully choose between either listening to them or another scientist that he truly admires. “Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs 2” is perfect for many people who like gleeful family friendly films.

Not the greatest story but the design of the Foodimals is brilliant and worth seeing! The colors and imagination behind it is awesome! I think I was the only one laughing in the theater though, kids just don't get it for some reason. Great fun though! I really liked itbetter than the first!!! Especially if you are an animation film nut like me!
