thematically brilliant, structurally imperfect!
by
A thematic explosion of life, death, love, illness, freedom, unity, shame, politics, power and justice. The intertwinement of such themes in different scenarios and character?s help shape and beautify the clever collaboration of it?s elements. Music, a tool to connect the emotions, thoughts and dreams to carry the mood of the story?s events. Perhaps, with such a buffet of thematic displays, the film has arguably lost it?s ability for a focal point.
A timeless commodity of diversions is displayed before our eyes, and we are encouraged to inspect the deeper notions of them all.
A pleasurable watch for those interested in spiritualism and the ideas of karma and fate. Unlike that of ?clouds?, one?s eyes cannot merely drift from scene to scene in this film, but rather, gaze.
