I have seen other Cirque Du Soleil, productions. This was my least favorite. Very slow to start, not nearly as elaborate or as entertaining as the others. We almost left before it was over. I prefer the live shows to the movie kind. I did not like the camera angles and all the moving around. There was a total of 4 people watching this. Rating, 1 1/2 or 2 stars out of a possible 5.
I didn't know what to expect seeing a Cirque Du Soleil performance at a movie theater. I wanted to see one in Vegas but they were well sold out. I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The performance was amazing. Only paid $10 per ticket as it probably cost $100+ to see the actual performance. Got much closer, better footage than you'd see at the actual performance. Glad I seen it... turned out to be very cool. The performances are mind blowing. Great stuff! Check it out if you can!
Fantastic entertainment was glued to my seat watching all the performers do things I didn't think were possible. It was like being at the show in person watching everything that went on the stage. Very glad I was able to watch this as a movie close to home.
As usual, Cirque Du Soleil is just amazing!!!! In the big screen is almost as good as watching them in person. I can't wait to do it again!!!
The movie was not what we expected. It turned out to be like a musical with entertainment to the eye, but the entertainment was a bit bizarre. I really couldnt' tell if there was a point or storyline to understand or not. It was just a bit off from what we had expected it to be. My fiance actually started to fall asleep shortly after it started. He wasn't the only one in the theatre that did "drift in and out of sleep". I would not buy another ticket to see something like this, especially since I know what it's all about now. Totally not what you expect it to be or think that it is.
