Avoid it. You can spend $10 on something alot better
A perfect film for film students to watch and study..... to see what NOT to do and how NOT to edit. If properly edited, this film's total running time, including credits, would total about 10 minutes and the plot (wait, WAS there a plot???) would still come through ( What's the deal with the skin-tag scene?). Scenes are ridiculously long and held, for absolutely no reason. Did he hold the scenes to create mood? I don't think so. Could be there was a shortage of razor blades in the editing room. Could be he's clueless. I would guess the latter. The editor, director and screen writer need some lessons. I'm guessing Yen Tan is a kid right out of college and thinks he/she knows what he/she is doing, but is sadly mistaken. A waste of $10 and a waste of film. Avoid it, unless you would like to see a long, drawn out mess.

another disappointing gay film
This wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't good. Very slow moving, but not in a compelling sort of way. The writing and acting was just ok, some of the dialogue seemed very forced, not sure if it was poor writing or acting or a combination of both, but I fault the writing a bit more. Not worth trekking out and spending money to see in the theater, there are much better films out now, even low budget independent ones.

Compelling...
A sharp script, poignant performances and excellent cinematography and score make this film a must-see!
