This offbeat outing from India follows the adventures of a clique of rowdy Indian youths, known as "bachcha logs," who live footloose lives in a Chandan nagar colony. They soon earn the nickname "Chillar Party" for their raucous yet innocent approach to life. The situation grows complicated, however, after two newcomers -- Bheedu and Fatka -- join the Chillar Party and inadvertently bring trouble with them: a cruel politician endangers Bheedu's life.
