not anything special

You'll laugh (out loud) you'll cry; you'll want to get up and dance!!!
And, of course, you'll love SRK and Deepika--and the rest of the cast.
It's larger than life and the scenery is breathtaking.
Don't miss seeing this one at least once in a theater.

While it's a normal desi-masala themed movie, it was interesting for the following reasons:
- Deepika Padukone did a fantastic job in her role
- Cinematography was great
- Beautiful locations, make you want to visit India
- Great combo of mixing both South/North Indian cultures throughout the movie.
The storyline wasn't that great, but there were some really good lines every now and then. The songs were average at best. Overall, it's a good movie to watch with the family.

This is a good movie. You can enjoy the movie if you leave your brains in the house. Don't apply any logic and just go to enjoy the comedy, action, cinematography, color and music (in parts).
The 1st half was laughter galore. I would say deepika was the one to carry the movie forward. SRK is unfortunately not that great with his comic sense. But that is smudged in the aura of the movie. The 2nd half is action galore. This is all SRK. This is typical Rohit shetty car chases, explosions, tough villains etc.
Deepika definitely scores above SRK for her acting. She has carried the movie very well, and a few times on her own shoulder. Her acting has matured and she is a treat to watch.
Leave your brains behind and go enjoy the movie
