Classic SRK masala movie

If you love SRK, his cheesy dance moves, his silly jokes, and the quintessential 'Rahul' personality, this is your movie. If not that, go for the gorgeous cinematography- I forgot India is such a beautiful country. And South India finally gets the recognition it deserves. Waterfalls, beautiful landscapes, and blue oceans transform you to an India you rarely get to see these days since most movies are shot abroad. And if that's not enough, go for Deepika Padukone's hilarious performance- her heavily South Indian accented Hindi, and gorgeous half sarees are worth a watch. Overall, it's not a timeless classic but definitely worth seeing once in the theater.

Get On The Train Baby!

At its heart, Chennai Express is about having your world turned upside down, having to deal with the unfamiliar, meeting new challenges and different ways of thinking, finding strength within yourself to deal with change, finally making better choices, and discovering a deeper more meaningful life as a result. From insensitive and full-of-himself to sweet, sensitive, passionate, courageous and in love, Shah Rukh Khan has mastered this type of character in many of his films. Deepika Padikone’s Meena is stubborn, independent, and resourceful. She doesn't want to be squeezed into the traditional role of a wife and she does something about it. A slightly different kind of movie for Rohit Shetty, more love story less stunts. I thoroughly enjoyed this family movie.

Generally love SRK, but this one failed to please as much as usual

The lesson of the film seems to be that the way to show your love and to prove you are a man is to get beaten to a pulp. The whole story was pretty silly, and humor bordered on slapstick. Go see Veer Zara if you want to see SRK in a romantic film with great music.

As usual sharukh was standing tall and deepika was trying to compliment the star as much as possible. Comedy was good and 2.5 hrs of complete entertainment.
