All Star Cheer at it's best

If you love all star cheerleading or just have an interest in sports, this was an amazing documentary. It takes away all of the misconceptions of cheerleading and proves that all star cheer should be recognized as a sport. The vignette's were very interesting and were a good transition into the passion behind the sport. I hope next year Nfinity will do this on the big screen again. Although our gym was featured and we loved watching our gym perform, it was equally amazing watching the other great gyms give all they had for the sport they love!!!

This movie is a must see for ALL cheerleaders, parents and anyone. My daughter said " I wish my friends could see it so they would understand what I really do". I couldn't agree more! This film really shows how passionate and hardworking these athletes are. All Star cheerleading is not just a sport, its a way of life. No matter what gym you go to or what team you are on, we are all one huge cheer community and family who supports each other no matter what.

So this was a one time only production after a top level competition a few days before. The cheerleading was great. The kids were excited. We cancelled practice and went to see this on a school night. Then the back stories were added in. There was a kid who was so into cheer that he moved to Florida without anyone in his family to persue his dream. Ok fine. There was the mother daughter cheer coach team. ok nice story. Then there was the coach with his husband/partner and their newborn. I didn't appreciate this being fed to young girls as it relates to cheer. It has nothing to do with cheer and was just shoved in our faces. I don't care what their lifestyle choices are. I brought my daughter to see cheerleading, not to be exposed to an alternate lifestyle which is controversial. Keep it to the subject matter of cheer and leave the LGBT aspect out of the movie.

We loved it. I think the movie was an awesome start to bringing all star cheerleading to the the big screen. I definitely think there is room for many different story lines within all the teams.
