transmission froze

I went to see the Encore for "Carmen" and, during the 3rd Act, the transmission froze and at least 30 to 45 minutes were cut oft the original play. Hadn't I seen it before, I would have been lost. Our theater had no weather issues that day, and Carmen was not featured just once when it went on at The Met. I think that transmissions should be recorded with efficiency. If MET performances do not suffer regardless of the weather outside, they could have chosen a better recording.

It was a fabulous production. I have seen many Carmens ; this was by far the best. The acting was marvelous. This was a real opera done right from the start.

Superb!!!!! The only complaint hat I have about your opera productions, is the difficulty in finding data for specific theatres, where various operas are shown. Even your customer service desk cannot help. Listing of Broadway Shows availability also would be VERY helpful.

I loved it from start to finish. The harmony of voices and instruments filled my heart with joy and kept me interested in all four chapters of this classical masterpiece. I was amazed with how many people participated in the production, all contributing with their sensational voices and dramatic acting. Watch it with subtitles to be immeresed in the drama that beautiful Carmen creates. Enjoy and by all means fall in love with Carmen. Ignore the warnings, hehe.

The best I have ever seen. Just wish we were in NY to see it! But am grateful for it to be shown on a theater screen.
