In honor of the release of Captain America: The First Avenger, Mondo, the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema’s collectible art boutique, has released a whopping six separate posters, marking their largest release yet for one movie. Three artists created two posters each: Tyler Stout, Eric Tan and Olly Moss. All will be on sale to the general public soon.

It’s all about sequels these days, and if you thought Marvel would launch two new franchises this year (Thor and Captain America) without counting on continuing them with new adventures in the coming years, then you don’t know Marvel … or Hollywood. The Avengers will hit theaters in 2012, and Iron Man 3 is already in the works for 2013.

Though most of the geek world would literally murder Christopher Nolan if he included the character of Selina Kyle in The Dark Knight Rises without showing her transformation into Catwoman, we all still needed some sort of confirmation that Anne Hathaway was indeed going to be Catwoman in the film in order to calm our worst fears. Plus the Grease video with Hathaway and Franco that didn't make it into the Oscars telecast and waiting for a new Captain America trailer.
