    What absolutely inspiring kids! MUST SEE!

    These kids are absolutely inspiring! This is real life, folks -- not "kid grows up on wrong side of tracks and magically does great." These kids grow up in Brooklyn with very little and they find the game of chess. The game of chess transforms their lives but it is thanks to their hard work and their dedication -- as a club -- that they "magically" do great. Great role models for kids everywhere, and a fabulous story for parents as well. MUST SEE DOCUMENTARY!

    Inspiring!

    We took our 9 year old son to this, and although it was occasionally slow, he sat through it all and talked about it on the ride home. Great story, and it felt like a documentary only at the beginning; the students grab your attention and you are hooked.
