Released by Essanay in May of 1913, this primitive silent Western, photographed in Niles, California, starred the founder of the company, Gilbert M. Anderson as a tough lawman with a weakness for the ladies. Sheriff Anderson is fooled by the flirting Evelyn Selbie, who's hiding an outlaw (Fred Church) in her back room.
