I thought this was just a good movie - I think the previews really hyped it up to be better than it was but overall I enjoyed the movie. I was a little disappointed with the ending.

The storyline is actually well conceived. It's the screenplay that puts you to sleep. It's one of those films where there is no suspense. It tries to deliver on this upper level detective drama and it just falls flat. Waste of talent and time. Rent Contraband instead.

Wahlberg as always, did an amazing job. Crowe was right behind him. I would have liked that they would have kept Natalie Martinez (Wahlberg's girlfriend) longer in the movie. She sort of vanished from the story mid through the movie and I was expecting to have her come back. The movie itself had a good plot but I do have to say, it really didn't have me guessing.

A very solid crime thriller, with terrific performances from everyone in the cast. Lots of twists that, though at times made the plot convoluted, were no less fun and surprising in some cases. It was great to see Catherine Zeta-Jones back and in fine form, vamping it up as Hostettler's (sp?) wife. It's a very good movie. Go see it!
