Nothing special about this movie... good if you have some time to kill

Nothing in this movie was surprising. You knew how it would end and took a twist or two to get there, but other than that it was kind of bla. Probably worth a Redbox rental if there is nothing else on your DVR

Occasional Movie Goer

Enjoyed the realistic use of greed, political corruption, weak moral character, and the difficulty of recognizing, even among friends and colleagues, those that use and misuse their friends, acquaintances and positions and those that finally respond to truth and the greater good. My friend and I enjoyed a long conversation following the movie. It stimulated several areas of disagreements and agreements. The characters were believable and well played.

Broken City, Broken Script

It was very predicatble and seemed to feed off of classic Walberg movies with a lot less action and not enough intrique to make up for it. Actors were great but the script was weak.. Directing was just above adequate.

BROKER CITY

I liked this film a lot. Wahlberg gives an excellent performance. This movie has a good Perry Mason type plot that keeps you guessing who is the real bad guy. I thought the director did a fine job of keeping the story moving along at a good pace. I never lost interest throughout the film; which is a major plus for me during any movie that I see. This one is well worth your time and money.

I think I saw Rob Reiner in a fight scene

I pretty sure Rob Reiner was in a fight scene in Broken city. He was the one in between a father and son fight in an office space. And the rest of the movie was really good too.
