Bridezilla at it's best

I just saw the movie about an hour ago. I found it a funny film. If you ever seen Bridezilla this movie nails it. Women are crazy when it comes to their special day. They do not care who they hurt in the process as long as their day is the best. I like both actresses and felt they truly played the part.

I loved it..I laughed..I cried..Not a Chick Flick..Guys would enjoy it too. Laugh out loud comedy. Go See It..Don't OVER-ANALYZE like the Critics who need to justify their jobs..Just Enjoy this Feel Good Movie for what it is...ENTERTAINMENT..

Don't believe the critics' reviews

So I saw this movie last night, despite all the bad reviews from everybody, and I ended up really enjoying the movie. I thought it was hilarious, touching at times, and in the end came to a very satisfying resolution. The bottom line is, when people are planning a wedding, they get crazy (I would know, mine is in less than two months), and I thought Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway did a great job. My fiancee also enjoyed it, and agreed, it's supposed to be about two crazy women planning weddings. If you're searching for something with a deep-rooted meaning, this may not be for you, but if you take the movie for what it's supposed to be, which is almost a satire with a happy ending, you'll love it. I would give it a must go rating, but I only do that for epics!!!

If you go see this movie it will having you laughing, crying, and wanting to hug you best friend. I would recomend this as a great friend date for any group of girls. Also I manage to take my boyfriend to see it he liked it he thought it was funny how the women get back at each other. I think it is a must go see for any woman as either a friend date of just a date.

Ladies, see this movie with your best friend

Very enjoyable! This is a very funny movie but more focused on the relationship of best "girlfriends" than about weddings. The ultimate chick flick for a perfect Saturday with your best friend after cocktails!

Sidenote: Re: other comments- of course it is predictable, it's a movie featuring a wedding.. guess what someone gets married.

My nieces loved it!

Took the kiddo's to this, and they left planning their grand wedding. Oh, to be a kid again. Movie is about what you would expect.

Which girl are you?

Let's put it this way: I went with two college friends. One is a total sap/romantic/girly girl. The other is really funny and sweet, but kind of a tomboy. I sat between them, which was appropriate because I'm kind of the happy medium between the two. Near the end, the girly girl was wiping away tears and the tomboy was asleep. I don't think I laughed once and I found it predictable, but it was tolerable. Kind of like a Lifetime movie with an A-list cast.

Moral of the story: if you think you fall into any of these categories, choose accordingly. If you're like me, wait for DVD.

Wasnt sure at first, but loved it after i saw it

I didnt watn to see this movie when a group of friends said they were going to see it, but i went anyways, and i must say i loved it, it is one of my top movies for this winter. definatly worth the money.

It was funny and heartwarming at the same time. I loved that they were childhood best friends and how just one thing can separate such a friendship. The ending was terrific and all the actors played their hearts out. I will buy this when it comes out on video.

never would have i seen this movie
but it so happens that i went to the movies and paul blart
was sold out so i saw this movie
let me tell u its a funny movie
sure its a girl movie and
it has all the women relationship but
even a dude will find this funny
really enjoyable
girls will love the movie
in conclusion i give
it a 3 out of 5
because i do believe since the begening u knew how it was gonna end

Bride Wars is cute

Everyone needs a light-hearted girl movie for that night out with the girls! This is fun to sit through and makes you laugh. Kate, Anne, Candice are each worth seeing.

More than I expected

I went unwillingly to see this w/my 13 year old granddaughter and ended up really enjoying it. In the end, I loved the moral of the story....that things usually end up working out for the best no matter how terrible it seems at times. Not a great movie but worth seeing.

Should've been PG13 - NOT suitable for kids under 10 yrs old!!!!

oh NOOO ... It should have been rated PG-13.
I brought my 8 yr old - thinking that this was a kind of "Princess Dairies Movies" - Oh boy, I was WRONG!!!!
Male Strippers at a PG movie???? Are you crazy???? Do you think it was FUN???? C'mon, male strippers dancing, ripping off their clothes and provocative dancing !!!! I was dying!!!!
Are we teaching our girls at a VERY young age - that couples MUST live together???? The language was inapporpriate. It was insinuated that the couples lived together, as one of the girls paraded around in her bra in front of her boyfriend.
Please READ ALL reviews before going to the movies - should've read THEM before - mea culpa!!!
