This is the oldest story around, but I thought the movie's treatment of it was the best I have ever seen. The film deserves more buzz. All the actors are superb.

Just breathe

Apparently pursed lips and prominent front teeth equals irresistible. I count eighteen major projects in six years for Felicity Jones. It doesn't take long at all to see where this story is going, except for the characters who seem blinded by lust, but it's a solid and relatable ride. Like The Spectacular Now with Shailene Woodley it's so realistic it's hard to see why you would want to watch it. Maybe if you're a teen or parent of same this is very powerful, otherwise it's just a good movie.

Simply the Best Film on this oft-told Story!

I have seen many films on the subject of an attraction between and older man and a young woman. This film is simply the best I have seen. WHy? In real life, I could see this all hapeening as it does in this film. The acting is terrific, which makes the film great. It is perfectly believevable. The consequences are realistic, as well as how all of this affects others close to this older man and young woman. We are also spared any overdoing it with the scenes of sex, which most times are unnescessary in terms of their length and graphic nature. The acting of these 2 people shows us the myriad of emotions these 2 people are feeling. That makes the difference. It is a moving, at times witty, and overall powerful film. Go and be surprised!

A Quiet, Brutal Awakening of Middle Age

Not since "In the Bedroom" has a film left me so contemplative, heart achingly raw, and quiet. A portrait of middle age, beautiful moments with horrible consequences and a dull cutting reminder that maybe it's better to never have your dreams come true than to only have them in your grasp for an instant.
