    This is a very surprising horror flick. There's no zombies, no monsters, and no ghosts of any kind, But there is a crazy cult looking to savagely kill us Americans. This movie reminded me of a mix between "Hostel" and "The Hills Have Eyes". I give this movie 2 thumbs up for creativity, and 4 of 5 stars for good story telling and acting.

    Better than Serpent and Rainbow

    It's an interesting "true story" look at Santeria. It takes a survival horror-esque approach and overall is better than the Vodun look at Serpent and the Rainbow. As a horror movie it was good, though I am a fan of supernatural horror, and this is more "people killing people."

    A decent movie for what it was. Horror fans should enjoy it. Claims to be based on a true story, which could really mean anything. The acting was alright and the story was okay. If it were any other movie, I never would have watched it. But because it played with the horrorfest, I ended up seeing it. So if you get a chance within the next week, try and catch it. If not, wait for it come out on TV. Not worth a DVD buy.
