Big Momma is back and this time she/he 's not alone! While not as good as the original (is there ever anything that is?) This movie has enough humor and plot to keep your attention for the most part. Its a good comedic effort and a good film for anyone its a decent sequel to a not so decent sequel it works. You will laugh at parts but its not a continuous laugh-fest like the original. Good nonetheless ...go watch it and see for yourself you won't be disappointed.

Lawrence missed the mark. No steam! A slow agonizing ride down hill.

We went into this film needing a good laugh, but only got a couple of forced chuckles. Nothing at all plausible about the plot. Could have used a lot more shtick and pratfalls to make up for that, but didn't have that either. Martin, did you even read this script in advance? Dialog would have been funnier if it were ad-libbed. Hope you didn't have any money tied up in this mish mash. I know you've got $30.00 of mine (w/ two tickets and concession food). Folks... see the first two Big Momma movies on cable and skip this one!

I personally did not enjoy this film. All throughout the movie i was saying " Oh i bet this is whats going to happen! " And it did.I like to be surprised and i coulld predict what was going to happen all throughout this movie. I think most adults will enjoy this movie but absolutely not for children.

As always you can count on big mama, and her co- star is just as funny.
