    A Must See!

I loved this movie. It opened my eyes to the world of performance enhancement drugs. Very informative but put in a humorous way which made it fun to watch. It also showed me how atheletes will do anything to win even if it's unethical. It's a sad insite of our american heros. Great for parent to see what kind of presure our kids have today if they want to compete athletically.

The Confusing World of Steroids and Performance Enhancement

The story told by the middle brother in a family of weight lifters. The older and younger brothers both use steroids and have been fairly successful athletes. The middle brother used steroid briefly but felt bad about it and quit. The middle brother has not been as successful in athletics but is probably better adjusted than his brothers. Their parents are against the use of steroids.

The middle brother presents the facts.
The weight of scientific evidence is that steroid are medically not very harmful. However, the media and congress devote a huge amount of time to anecdotal horror stories.
Steroids definitely work. The temptation to use them to gain an edge is great. Most people lie and cheat if they think they won't get caught.
Nobody worries much about performance enhancement drugs outlside athletics. Musicians, students, and Airforce pilots take harmful drugs.
The problem is athletics. To purists, using drugs is cheating. To most, bigger, stronger, faster is OK.
