Beyond Hilarious
Beyond the Valley of the Dolls is one of my favorite movies.It's campy,but a great film,just like The Rocky Horror Picture Show.You sort of expect it to be good,the screenplay was written by Roger Ebert,the author and critic.It's a very enjoyable movie,by way of the songs,which are fun,the people they get involved with,and the campiness.It's hilarious.The final I'd say half-hour is pure comedy.I can see why this is a cult favorite,but I wish this movie would get a wider audience.I think everyone would enjoy it,and it is a movie for everyone.So if you haven't seen it,pick it up on DVD,or if there's ever a revival on the big -screen,see it.It's total fun.
