A marathon
It was great to see alll the movies together. I think there were only three of us that stayed from noon to midnight and saw all 5 films together. Highest praise.
Now a few quibbles. Apparently some theaters opened at 10 AM which would have relaxed the schedule. Since they "accidentally" ran a number of trailers there was barely time for bathroom breaks, let alone food.
Although none of the films really hit the ball out of the park, I could easily see Precious, Inglorious Basterds, Hurt Locker or Avatar winning the Oscar. Up in the Air seemed like a much slighter film.
We saw it at Century 16 in Mountain View.
