Are We Done Yet?
The movie does ultimately have a good theme about recognizing what is really important and the very real life process many familes face today adjusting to being step-families. The title, "Are We Done Yet" has a double-meaning, both applyging to the rebuilding of the house and the building of a new family. As a mother, taking a 6 year old with me and a teenager, I did not like the attitude of the teenage girl toward her new stepfather, her dress or sneaking out at night. The step father had a right to be concerned if she is sneaking off with boys in the middle of the night. Her mother really did not provide a good example of modest dress....her breasts were visible through the whole movie, expecially in the opening scene. Not really necessary for the plot of a family movie.
