Richard Gere does a great acting job in this movie. The movie is very entertaining and Gere plays a rich owner of a company but I kept thinking that the plot could have been a rich senator from Massachusetts that had a girlfriend. Lots of similarities as you will see. All in all, it was a great movie not to be missed!

Great acting by Richard Gere, Nate Parker and Susan Sarandon. Terrible performances by Laetitia Casta, Tim Roth and Graydon Carter. The movie is well paced. Great NY locations. I had a good time despite the above mentioned bad acting.

Loved the movie. Must see! Acting all around is superb. As for Richard Grer he hasn't lost it at all. He's still a fox in his later years and still has the sexy walk.

Will he get away with it? Is it worth it?

I was intrigued even though Gere's Robert is someone for whom one can have no sympathy. This movie takes one in as you watch a mman play several groups off each other including his own family. The acting is phenomenal even though the characters are perverse.

Had the mis-fortune of seeing this horrible excuse of a film over the week-end. It starts out slow and the only speed it picks up is the car crash! Other than that, it moves at a snails pace, very choppy and while the acting is marginal to OK, there are no great or dramatic scenes. Watching the grass grow is one of the only things that move slower than this flick. Should be out on cable and DVD/Blue-ray in the next 5-6 weeks.
