    Sarah can pull this off!

Give Sarah a chance before saying she can't play this role. I think you're wrong to assume she can't play dark. She can. I think she's picked some lousy movies to star in recently, that's for sure, so I know she's looking for the chance to prove herself. This could be the one. I just hope she leaves Freddie at home this time and will prove to be the actress she is capable of bing. This is a great story to put into movie form.

  • Oh No!

    Please tell me you're kidding

Allowing Sarah Michelle Gellar to star in this film will be the gruesome death of it. She doesn't fit the character, she is a weak actress, and she could never do justice to American McGee. Now Alyson Hannigan ? not only fits the part physically, but in all honesty, might actually have the potential to frighten some people. But if you want to make a truly amazing film, please ? find a noob who lives in their own fantasy world to begin with. This movie could really succeed with an unknown cast. Putting big stars in it would just be a pathetic attempt to get more people to see it (which would fail miserably after one week). Unless of course you let David Bowie do the voice of Cheshire cat. Now that would be some busted up freakiness. Sorry Sarah. But please don?t ruin this one for those of us who actually played the game. We suffered enough disappointment from Silent Hill on the big screen.

  • So-so

    Please...please... No Gellar...

While admitting the game will have a pull on me wanting to see this, I'm not sure Gellar is up to par to fill the role of Alice. And, though the thought of Alyson Hannigan playing the role would be nice (she is a cutie), I'm not so sure I could see her doing it either. Now Christina Ricci, on the other hand, I can definitely see Alice material coming out of her. Perhaps not the best looking, but she can definitely pull the dark look, as well as the mentality.
