This is a terrific documentary about a local Brooklyn group who have put their energies into flex dancing, a type of hip hop dance. It shows how determination, practice and passion can lead to many positive outcomes, despite the lack of resources this community faces.

The direction, editing and cinematography are excellent. I felt myself totally engaged and rooting for the main characters, who ultimately transcend their neighborhood and it's limitations to reach their goals and move out into the world. They remain a part of their community and hope to bring their message to other urban youth.

This is a very positive movie, and I hope it does get shown in schools throughout the country.
