I loved being able to see "To Kill a Mockingbird" in a theatre. This is a timeless classic that continually provides faith and hope in human nature. Compassion, love and acceptance of seeing the truth about people while honoring their inner beauty versus their outward appearance are all represented in this amazing film. I wish the Ben Mankiewicz segment could have been longer, as he clearly loved this film as much as the audience, and he enjoyed sharing the history and interviews. I think it was important to mention that Harper Lee based the Dill character on Truman Capote as well.

I hope TCM and Fantom Events continue this series. There are some many films that deserve the full theatre treatment again.
