This was a GREAT way to see and experience opera - the Met always does a nice production and this was no exception. Mostly went to hear Renee Fleming singing a role she's mastered but was pleasantly surprised that she was interviewed during the intermission about the role and her take on it. The back-stage views were also very interesting, something you cannot see if you attend a performance live, which is what made this movie-theater viewing really worthwhile. The host was Sondra Radvanovsky throughout, which was also a treat. I really loved seeing an opera presented this way.
