This is a movie of Epic proportions, with special effects and massive sound that would be expected to accompany Greek G-ds and Beasts on the big screen. The film falls short of its predecessor as the audience is ripped between scenes and plots of the dark underworld and the endangered earth above. Sam Worthington, whose roles in Terminator Salvation and Avatar have catapulted him to stardom, does a decent job with what has been dealt him, but his half human/half g-d character can do only so much with a flimsy story line. Liam Neeson plays the almighty Zeus quite well once again, though Rosamund Pike (Andromeda) is a beauty on screen who is the most fun to watch this time around.
