Fandango logo, widget and search banners shall not be altered in anyway.
Fandango grants user a limited license to use its trademarks, but all ownership rights remains the exclusive property of Fandango.
Fandango grants no warranty; no liability for use or harm (direct or indirect) or damages there from.
