Admission

I thought Admission would be more of a comedy, but, it was actually a heartfelt story. I still enjoyed it. Tina Fey's always great, and it was a treat having Lily Tomlin play her mom. Paul Rudd is always charming on screen. The young people were heartwarming. Good film about the college admission process, and the politics. Also showed how the choice to have or not to have children is life-changing.

Cute little rom-com starring Fey and Rudd...

and that is pretty much all it is. If you are huge fans of Fey or Rudd, and I mean HUGE, you will find this slightly amusing. It wasn't BAD but it wasn't GOOD either. The story is just ok...it doesn't seem like these two should be in a movie like this. They do make the best of the script they got and what comes out on screen is an ok movie with two big stars. If you've seen every other Rudd movie, you won't mind this. I chuckled a few times. This movie is probably 90% drama and 10% comedy. Bored? Eh, give it a watch I suppose.

I thought this was a really cute movie! Parts of it had me laughing out loud, but I would not call it a comedy. Of course it is predictable, but most movies are. I left with a smile on my face!
