The Worst Movie I Have Seen In The Theatre In A Long Time

The characters were boring. I laughed 1.5 times. In fact, the most I laughed was during the previews when there was a trailer for Scary Movie 5. Whomever green-lit this movie is a total moron. The only thing that makes me more upset than the $12 I wasted on this unfunny pile of awful filmmaking is that the movie has already extorted $15 Million from moviegoers. If you want to see a funny, entertaining version of "Admission" with a lesson at the end you can cheer for, don't see "Admission", go see "Orange County", starring Jack Black, Colin Hanks, Ben Stiller, John LItgow and Catherine Ohara.

A Bit Akin To A TV Movie Without Commercials But Pleasant.

This is a modestly entertaining film with a basic formulaic screenplay. It's well executed and includes a surprisingly long over-due screen reappearance of Lily Tomlin. Sadly, Lily's character is unsubstantial and as a consequence, her performance here is little more than a cameo. While there's nothing much new here, the onscreen chemistry between Fey and Rudd is warm and believable. The story's a little weak but the total package is enjoyable enough to warrant a matinee ticket, even a DVD or steam rental. See it. You won't be disappointed.

Not what I expected

I thought it would be funnier. The story was weak and I don't think Tina Fey and Paul Rudd had any chemistry. In all it was more depressing than funny. LIly Tomlin's character was not likeable at all. All in all, I would not go see it. If you really want to see it....wait for the DVD.
