Last night was one of the most impressive 75 min. of talent I've ever seen. I'm aware that theater
is the most collaborative of the arts, but what these sleep deprived people were able to accomplish was mind blowing. From nothing but bouncing ideas of each other, these fearless talents created 4 mini musicals! From the performers to the tech people, it was a privilage to witness their special world of make believe. The only regret I have is that because of it's 1 night only showing, I can't recommend it to others I know would appreciate it. As they recently sang on Broadway,"There's a special kinda people known as show people" Brava!!!!!!
What a blast! I was very surprised and pleased to find a full house upon our arrival. We had to
split up because there weren't 3 seats together. So much love and passion for this film, so many years later, warmed my heart. The film is a classic because it is perfectly sung, impeccablely choreographed, acted, directed, and filmed. And if that was Debbie Reynolds first time tap dancing,as she said in the preveiw, she was born to do it. My husband was amazed at how good Donald O'conner was.
It was so well received by the audience that they clapped after the musical numbers were over and at the end of the movie. What a treat this was. "May I have some more? Please"
