My fiancé and I go out to a movie almost every weekend as a "date night" and we were running out of adult movies to see, so we thought we would give Red Dawn a try. Being a Marine myself, and seeing it in a Marine town with mostly Marines in the theater, it was funny to watch people try to portray our culture and jargon. There were times where the Marines in the theater were laughing at the marines in the movie because they were using words that we use, but in the wrong context. Overall, it just wasn't an entertaining movie. If you've been in the military and you need a good laugh, then maybe check it out when it comes to cable.
