Aside from the exquisite art work (which we didn't see enough of) this was a ruse. It seemed more
about promoting the Museum and various British cultural pundits than the work of Di Vinci. We thought we were going to see much of the actual art of the exhibit, but instead were "treated" to various non-experts giving their view of the 5 or 6 paintings we saw. Few drawings and no sculptures were included. The two exceptions were the real experts --- those responsible for restoration and frame making which brought credibility to the moment.
No way we would pay $20 for something like this again. It was mostly vacuous talk and then more talk. What a wasted of opportunity for the Museum --- they blew it as far as we are concerned. Their statement that this was the "exhibit of the century was hilarious"! How could we tell, we only saw about a 1/10 of it.
