Excellent singing and production.
The opera, and especially the production was superb.
During the second act, there was a
mechanical whirring sound overhead in the theater for perhaps five minutes. At some point the air conditioning came on and the temperature was noticeably lower.
I greatly enjoyed the opera at Roosevelt Collections, Chicago.
I did not enjoy the service,
I would enjoy a cup of hot tea at the Intermission. Tea is not served at this facility, and there is no shop nearby. I ordered a cup of coffee, which I usually do not drink, and it was luke-warm.
Clearly, your theatre makes a lot of revenue selling drinks and snacks to children. These are purchased by adults. I do not understand why you cannot serve a simple cup of tea and coffee to the parents who are paying the bills.
