I enjoyed parts of this film but didn't love it overall. It was mostly a revealing look into two
character's lives and their journey in finding each other and true love. The movie displayed some excellent imagery as well as interesting ways in which the characters were both connected yet kept missing each other. Their lives were similar yet disjointed, seemingly entwined, yet distant.
It was slow moving and perhaps necessarily so. They both were living, perhaps maybe just existing. Their efforts to find love weren't overwhelming their lives as perhaps it would in a typical American romantic comedy in which the star characters despite being beautiful brood over the fact that they can't find Mr./Mrs. Right. These characters were attractive yet not overtly so and finding love was just another aspect of their mundane lives.
Ultimately, the thin story comes to a conclusion and while it may satisfy the audience it wasn't enough to make the rest of the movie worthwhile.
