This movie MUST be seen in IMAX - it is 100% the best way to experience it. The end of the movie was a fantastic ending to the trilogy. The movie was dark and extreme, just the way we like it. No fluff like the previous cartoonish series of films. ...(read more)

Loved it! The IMAX experience made this movie 100% enjoyable! Though there is a difference between the original and this remake, the changes in the remake did not take away anything from the movie, in my opinion. If someone has not seen the original, they may not understand why there are some unanswered questions - the point is that we should be able to infer what would happen - then again, it's just a movie! The best part about the movie is GORT - I love that the remake mostly kept the same characteristics, but GORT in the remake is so much more powerful, ominous, monstrous, and scary!!! The only thing that took away from the movie is the little boy, who is Will Smith's son. I wish they would have left that pain in the you know what character out of the movie altogether. Just because he is Will Smith's son doesn't mean he can act. Overall, it was definitely worth seeing! ...(read more)
