Was looking for a way to keep my 4 year old and 7 year old daughters busy while my wife prepared for
Christmas. This looked "family friendly" so I thought it would be entertaining enough. I was surprised by the quality of the movie. First, a great storyline with a nice lesson to be taught. The animation was awesome! The voice characterization of the characters was spot-on perfect and matched the characters, yet they weren't your "cookie cutter voices" (like a squeaky voice for a mouse, but instead an intelligent, well spoken voice).
More importantly that me (a 45 year old guy) liking this movie, but both of my daughters were taken in by the the story and characters.
Though a cliche thing to say, I'd say anyone of any age could enjoy watching this movie.
In a time when there's so much negative in the world, it's so refreshing to leave a movie feeling good.
"Thank You" to the people who wrote and made this wonderful movie!
