It's ok; funny, but a little slow. Kids liked it, but were expecting a little more.

It was okay--as usual, the kids (10, 10, & 11) enjoyed it. I thought the 3D was good, but it was not the best story line, and a little silly--kind of a take off on cop movies with animated characters. Way too many "hood" jokes--the characters were not that interesting either. I thought this was a great movie--and so did the kids (9,9 & 11). The older brother, Roderick, steals the show, but the movie is funny all the way through. Much better than the first one which was pretty slow (from an adult point of view). This one is more of a story versus diary entries, and the scenes are all pretty good--even though it makes you want to cringe at times! ...(read more)
Really slow, and trying to hard to stick to the old movie with glowing bicycle-taped spandex costumes! Lots of unanswered questions, seemed very weird with people/programs. We were expecting much more from special effects, bad dialogue too! ...(read more)
Great special effects, great story--good acting. A little intense for younger kids.
